We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display of colors will be entirely accurate. While we make every effort to provide precise details, there may be occasional errors, and we reserve the right to correct these without prior notice.

3. Purchases and Payment

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST, where applicable. We accept a range of payment methods, including credit cards, PayPal. Payments are processed securely, and we take reasonable measures to protect your payment information. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate payment details and confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

4. Order Processing

Orders are subject to product availability. While we strive to keep our inventory up to date, there may be instances where an item becomes unavailable after purchase. In such cases, we will contact you promptly to offer an alternative or issue a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping across Australia and worldwide. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are outlined during checkout. For Australian customers, we offer free shipping on orders over $100. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays. While we take care to ensure timely delivery, Breakfast Ball is not liable for delays once an order has been dispatched.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

We want you to love your Breakfast Ball purchase. Please note our policy below:

  • No returns for change of mind — we do not accept returns if you’ve simply changed your mind.
  • Size exchanges are welcome within 30 days of purchase.
    • Items must be in original, unworn condition.
    • Buyers are responsible for covering postage costs for sending the item back.
    • Once we receive your item, it will be inspected to confirm it’s unworn before we send the new size.
  • Faulty or incorrect items:
    • If your item is faulty or not as described, we will cover return shipping.
    • You can choose a replacement or full refund.

7. Liability Disclaimer

While we strive to ensure our website operates smoothly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Breakfast Ball is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, except as required by Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for major product failures and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable losses or damages. These guarantees cannot be excluded.

Breakfast Ball – PGA Championship “Guess the Aces” Giveaway – Terms & Conditions 

1. Promoter

This giveaway is run by Breakfast Ball (“the Promoter”).

2. Competition Period

Entries open once the giveaway post is published on Instagram and close prior to the first tee-off of Round 1 of the 2026 PGA Championship on 14 May 2026 (AEST).

Any entries submitted after this time will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

  • Entry is open worldwide.
  • Entrants must be following the Breakfast Ball Instagram account at the time of winner selection.

4. How to Enter

To enter:

  1. Follow Breakfast Ball on Instagram
  2. Comment your guess for the total number of hole-in-ones recorded during the 2026 PGA Championship on the official giveaway post
  • One entry/guess per person.
  • Edited comments may be disqualified.
  • Duplicate guesses are allowed.

5. Prize Details

Discount Prize

All entrants who correctly guess the official total number of hole-in-ones recorded during the tournament will receive a 35% off discount code for use on the Breakfast Ball website.

  • Discount codes are single-use unless otherwise stated.
  • Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Expiry dates may apply.

Major Prize

One entrant from the pool of correct guesses will win:

  • 1 x Breakfast Ball cap

If multiple entrants guess correctly, the winner will be selected at random.

If no entrant guesses the exact number, the entrant(s) with the closest guess will be considered eligible. In the case of multiple closest guesses, a random draw will determine the winner.

6. Determination of Results

The official hole-in-one total will be based on the final statistics published by the PGA Championship following the completion of the tournament.

The Promoter’s decision is final.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message and/or announced on the Breakfast Ball Instagram account within 7 days of the tournament ending.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, another winner may be selected.

8. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions.
  • The Promoter may modify, suspend or cancel the giveaway if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, the PGA Championship, or Aronimink Golf Club.
