Exchange Policy
We want you to love your Breakfast Ball purchase. While we do not accept returns, we do offer exchanges for items in their original, unworn condition within 30 days of purchase.
Please note the following:
- Change-of-mind exchanges: We do not accept returns if you've simply changed your mind, but you may exchange for a different size. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Exchanges: Once we receive your item and confirm it’s unworn, we’ll send out your requested size.
- Faulty or incorrect items: If your item is faulty or not as described, we’ll cover return shipping and you can choose either a replacement or a full refund.
To initiate an exchange, please email our customer service team with your order details.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
